Definitely take advantage of their contract with the city of Austin. My tow guy couldn’t get there before the police’s did. Truck towed a couple of feet… yes FEET not miles to get it out the way and charged $800! Stop it now! If you have a choice recommend calling someone else

If I could give these folks minus five stars I would. This is a ripoff con operation that should be shut down. They hide behind the fact that apparently they have a contract with the city of Austin and they add convenience fees and all sorts of extra fees including credit card fees etc etc and charge way more than anyone else in town. Their staff are completely incompetent and unfriendly. The operation is absolutely disgusting and foul. Unfortunately because of their contract with the city the sheriff's can call them and get your car taken to their operation where they will absolutely milk you dry. They have an impound lot where they will keep your car hostage. If you want to go take your car in to go jump the vehicle that they have kept in their lot. You can't do that. If you ever get the unpleasant experience of being in their office, you can see that they're having to hide behind armor plated windows because they obviously upset a lot of people. Stay away from this awful place if you can. If a sheriff says that they're going to use their service to tow. You absolutely trying to get out of that. You will really regret it if t

I received several calls day of to let me know who Who was picking up my vehicle and approximately what time?, I met Alex at my vehicle. He was very polite. Explained everything to me and about how long it would take to get to the autobody shop. Can’t thank you all enough.

They were able to get to me within about 30 minutes on a Friday after my truck malfunctioned. That time varies but I was super grateful they were able to do that, even for a semi truck, trailer and load! Chris the driver is the man. Will definitely be using them again should I need a tow. Price was reasonable as well.
